Is Endorsement free?

We charge a $200 (₹16,650) fee in order to coordinate the endorsement process and compensate the experts for their time.

However, we have currently waived off the fees for November 2023 in order to make it accessible for young professionals to get Endorsed.

Why get Endorsed?

Being Endorsed by industry experts helps you stand out from your peers. You earn a letter of recommendation from the industry leaders which validates the skills you possess through an unbiased process.

The Endorsement also gets you access to our career assistance program. We help you build clarity around roles to pursue, make introductions to hiring partners and assist you with the interview process.

You also get an opportunity to engage with other professionals who have impressed industry experts. This will enable you to increase your ‘luck surface area’ and land referrals to opportunities.

How does Endorsement work?

Endorsement process is run over a 2-4 week window and you will be tested on role-specific superpowers that separate the great professionals from average ones.

Endorsement process for each role is designed in collaboration with hiring managers and focusses on skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills and data-driven decision making.

How does career assistance work?

Once you get Endorsed, we set up a discovery call to understand your professional goals.

We use this information to help you build clarity around roles you ought to pursue. We then collaborate with you to identify opportunities where you’d be a good fit.

Thanks to our jury members and industry goodwill, we have a network of 100+ companies in the startup ecosystem as well at established Indian corporates and MNCs. We strive to do our best to open doors for you in these companies.

As you go through interview process, we help you prepare better and negotiate harder. Throughout this stressful process, we act as your sounding board.
