Curated Professional Opportunities
Our experts come from many sectors like IT, Finance and Commerce and lead large teams with over a decade of experience.
To earn an Endorsement, you are paired with two domain and industry experts for separate 1:1 90-minute “working sessions.”
At the end of each, experts assess you for your competencies and determine if they choose to Endorse you or not.
You must complete one short “task” before these sessions to demonstrate your skills & experience.
Working sessions are 90-minute 1:1 discussions between you and an industry expert from your domain hosted on Zoom.
You must attend two of them as a part of the endorsement process.
The three main parts of all working sessions are:
Reviewing your past work experience.
Discussing pre-session tasks you complete beforehand.
Active working on a problem statement shared then and there.
Candidates for an Endorsement are assessed on 16 competencies based on research and interviews with various industry stakeholders on what is most relevant for senior business talent today.
The three main buckets are:
Techno-functional Competence: Beyond the “what” and “how” of operating tools. Focused on “when” and “why” to leverage tools and create systems.
Business Thinking & Focus: Can you go beyond the limits of your functional knowledge, consider tradeoffs, and drive business outcomes for the org as a whole?
Multi-stakeholder Management: Can you deliver projects with significant cross-functional impact by identifying all relevant stakeholders, understanding their incentives and crafting persuasive messaging.
Unlike a traditional course or program which focuses on “training”, this is a test of your competence and experience. There is no fixed syllabus, just what you have learned in your career so far.
It is a way for you to “practice”, “learn by doing” and “showcase your skills” not merely in tools, but business - all the while getting real-time unbiased feedback from experts.
Moreover, the tasks, problem statements, and expert matches for the endorsement process are tailored to your domain and industry preference to support your professional ambitions.
The pre-session tasks are hands-on, about using tools and extracting insights. The in-session problem statements are designed for higher-order thinking. Both focus on your approach instead of completion/submission - like in traditional courses or programs.
Made with a focus on busy professionals, the Endorsement process assesses your competence in techno-functional skills, business-focus and stakeholder communication.

This is to ensure that you meet folks who are most relevant for your career growth. The pre-work will only require 3 hours of prep time and the two working sessions are 90-minutes each, scheduled on weekends. There are limited slots so candidates should be flexible.

An endorsement is most relevant if you are aiming for the following roles in your career: Senior Business Analyst, Lead/Principal Business Analyst, Business Analyst Manager, Business Planning & Strategy Roles or Business Consulting. You can check out some listed jobs here.
Additionally, an endorsement from an industry expert can be leveraged to increase your network and get your foot in the right doors. This also signals your competency in thought leadership for the BA domain.
To receive an endorsement, you must be positively assessed by both industry experts you are paired with. In the case that one expert votes yes, and another, no, you will not be awarded the endorsement. You can reapply to be endorsed in 3 months from the date of your working session.
