The program starts with a 3 days offline induction in Bengaluru. You’ll spend most of your time learning online via 23+ weekly sprints and preparing for your Stoa Charter. But you’ll also have coaching, mentoring, community events and networking sessions interspersed in between over 6 months.
Each sprint is a week long and covers an individual topic, with a mix of solo and live group-based learning.

Stoa provides you the first step in your learning curve. The program consists of business concepts taught over a week-long skill 'sprint' that help you grow as a top business professional.
If you are looking to switch your career role this could be a great way to start as every sprint counts as a proof of work.
We do not guarantee placements however once you clear the Charter exam, perform your tasks with diligence and are ready to put your 100% effort, you will land up into a role you want.
We have seen a minimum of 8 LPA so far in our placements on an average, however we don't give a minimum guarantee for CTC.
Most of the companies these days are looking for proof of work rather than degrees, so your competence is what will be looked at. However, the program cannot fill the requirement of a MBA if thats the requirement of your company specifically.
You get two attempts to clear the charter. If you are not able to attain the charter, you cannot call yourself a Stoa charter holder.
